TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CHECK-IN
Check-in is possible from 1 pm to 5 pm on the arrival day;
another time may be agreed individually. Check-out time is
10 am on the departure day.
Only the number of people listed in the accommodation
voucher may check in. If more people arrive, the provider is
not obliged to provide accommodation for them.
SEASONS
Summer season: 01 April – 25 December
Winter season: 5 January – 31 March
Top season: Christmas and New Year, Easter holiday
HOW TO ORDER
You can order your holiday by phone or by e-mail.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
We will confirm your booking within 48 hours.
After receiving the booking confirmation, you must pay a
deposit of 50% of the total rental fee. This payment must be
made within three days, based on the instructions specified
in the confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid in
apartment after arrival. After paying 50% of the rental
fee, you will receive an accommodation voucher, specifying
the apartment’s address and the owner’s contact details.
THE PRICE INCLUDES
Apartment rental per day, bed linen, towels,
electricity and water consumption, parking.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Pet fee (if pets
are allowed), additional services (damage deposit of EUR
100). The damage deposit will be refunded at the end of your
holiday providing there is no damage to the rental property.
You are responsible for returning the apartment in as good
condition as received. If any damage to the rental property
occurs, the provider may use the damage deposit or its part
to cover such damage.
CANCELLATION FEES
In the event of a cancellation 30-10 days before arrival,
the cancellation fee is 25% of the total rental fee.
In the event of a cancellation 9 or less days before
arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental
fee.
Cancellations are to be made in writing by e-mail, fax or
post.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of any problems upon arrival or during your
holiday, please contact immediately responsible person
stated on the voucher. If the agreed conditions are not met
by the provider and remedy is impossible, you may file a
complaint.
